Job summary

Wendy's in Cedar Park, TX is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead our management team, shape a fun, family environment, and drive sales and guest satisfaction.

The AGM will oversee daily operations, schedule staff, hire/train, and uphold health and safety standards while pursuing career advancement within the Wendy's organization. A minimum of 1 year Assistant Manager experience, a valid driver's license, a HS diploma, and ability to work 50–55 hours weekly are required.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume restaurants.
• Valid driver's license in good standing and access to private transport.
• HS diploma or equivalent; ability to pass background check.
• Willing to work 50–55 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong leadership, coaching and staff development skills.
