Qualifications

• Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience (high-volume food service concepts preferred).
• Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts (weekends/holidays).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant daily operations and maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules and conduct interviews, training and orientation.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff; ensure health, safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set the tone for a fun, family environment in the restaurant.
