Wendy's in League City, Texas is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a high-performing team and uphold our fast-paced restaurant operations. You will coach staff, manage schedules, and drive results in sales and guest satisfaction.

The AGM will model strong leadership, ensure safety and quality standards, and promote a family-friendly culture while supporting the General Manager in achieving store targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service concept.
• Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license in good standing with access to private transportation.
• Consent to a background screening.
• HS diploma or equivalent; must provide required documents by state and federal law.
• Able to walk and stand for long periods; able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills with customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and labor costs.
• Create and manage staff schedules; interview, hire, and train new teammates.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff; manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
• Maintain health and safety inspections and standards.
• Set a fun, family environment tone in the restaurant.
