Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years restaurant or retail management experience.
• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license to travel between units and background check.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders with a friendly demeanor.
• Prepare and package food and drink products per standards.
• Operate cash registers and handle payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of front and back of house, including restrooms.
• Assist with food prep, dishwashing, and inventory stocking.
• Manage shifts to ensure fair treatment and regulatory compliance.
• Coach and develop team members during onboarding and ongoing performance.
• Report safety concerns to manager and HR as needed.
• Conduct daily food safety and prep audits and monitor cash procedures.
