Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a Taco Bell unit in Mukilteo, WA. The AGM provides coverage of operating hours and direct supervision of daily restaurant operations, ensuring profitability and adherence to brand standards.

You will train and coach team members, greet guests, handle cash and safety procedures, monitor food quality, inventory, and schedule staff to meet goals while maintaining a fun, respectful work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years restaurant or retail management experience.
• High school education or equivalent; valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and package food and drink to standard.
• Operate cash registers and handle payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Manage shifts to ensure fair employee treatment and compliance with workplace laws and regulations.
• Offer ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
• Find, hire, and develop Taco Bell employees during onboarding.
• Assist with safety concerns and report issues to manager/HR.
• Conduct food safety and prep audits daily.
• Monitor inventory and share responsibility for cash procedures.
• Assist with schedule creation and deploying the team.
• Monitor speed of service and resolve bottlenecks to meet goals.
• Maintain daily inventory, deliveries, and shift staffing.
