Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and accurately take orders.
• Prepare and package food and drink products according to restaurant standards.
• Operate cash registers and provide change to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant including front and back of house.
• Assist with food prep, inventory and scheduling.
• Manage shifts to ensure fair employee treatment and compliance with laws.
• Coach and develop team members; hire and onboard new staff.
• Monitor safety, security, and cash procedures; report issues as needed.
• Conduct daily audits of food safety and inventories; adjust staffing as required.
