Job summary

ANCHOR POINT MANAGEMENT GROUP is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a Taco Bell unit in Longview, WA. The AGM provides operating hours coverage, supervises staff, and ensures a clean, hospitable, accurate, and profitable operation while coaching team members and role-modeling service standards.

Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, safety compliance, cash procedures, and daily audits. The AGM will analyze sales, labor, and inventory to meet margins and sales targets and will hire

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years restaurant or retail management experience.
• Experience managing a restaurant with a full bar preferred.
• High school education or equivalent; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders.
• Prepare and package food and drink to standards.
• Operate cash registers and provide change.
• Maintain cleanliness of all areas (front of house, back of house, restrooms).
• Manage shifts and adjust staffing as needed.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Monitor inventory and assist with scheduling.
• Ensure safety and compliance in the workplace.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
• Support with cash handling and daily cash procedures.
