RaceTrac is seeking a Shift Manager in Florida to lead a fast-paced store team, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive store performance. You will coach associates, manage daily operations, and uphold food safety and cleanliness standards.

The role offers growth opportunities as many leaders advance to General and Co-Managers. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in retail or food service and 1+ year of leadership experience, with strong communication and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume guest-focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift and set a cheerful, can-do tone.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real-time and give guidance during every shift.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism; escalate when necessary.
• Oversee store processes including inventory, cash wrap, and compliance documentation.
• Lead shift change communication and ensure team alignment throughout the day.
