Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background check and drug test.
• Relevant supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Execute the MIC Success Routine ensuring all duties are completed.
• Assist with Profit and Loss management including inventory and labor.
• Oversee a team of associates while ensuring food safety precautions are met.
• Delegate tasks and provide ongoing constructive feedback to Team Members.
• Ensure Team Members complete Shift Excellence tasks.
