The Assistant General Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving financial performance, and maintaining a high-energy environment that aligns with THE ONE GROUP’s signature Vibe Dining experience. This position involves leading, educating, and mentoring the team to ensure exceptional and unforgettable guest experiences.

You will manage multiple functions including operations leadership, staffing, budgeting, and guest engagement to deliver a consistently memorable dining

Qualifications

• Two years of restaurant management experience or one year as a Benihana manager.
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in computers including MS Word and Excel; valid driver’s license where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Operations Leadership: mentor managers and hourly staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Team Development & Staffing: recruit, hire, onboard, and coach to maintain a high-performance team.
• Financial & Business Performance: monitor budgets, labor costs, and revenues; review monthly P&L.
• Marketing & Guest Relations: collaborate on promo ideas and nurture relationships with guests and VIPs.
