Job summary

TRUSSVILLE CLUB 24 LLC seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager and drive exceptional guest experiences while growing revenue. This leader will oversee operations in the GM’s absence, build community partnerships, coach staff, and help manage budgets and compliance.

The role emphasizes sales, member engagement, and maintaining high standards of service across the club, with monthly bonus potential and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel to other clubs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily club operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Lead and mentor staff to achieve growth and service goals.
• Ensure deposits are accurate and timely; monitor financial processes.
• Maintain club inventory and ensure adequate supplies.
• Schedule and reassign staff to meet club needs.
• Uphold all policies and procedures and ensure a superior customer experience.
• Collaborate with GM and Regional Manager to address issues with staff and members.
