Job summary

US Fitness Tysons is seeking an energetic Assistant General Manager to help lead membership growth and club operations. You'll coach the membership team, support front desk and housekeeping, and partner with the GM to deliver an outstanding member experience daily.

If you're a people-first leader who loves sales, operations, and building great teams, this role offers hands-on leadership, schedule management, and the chance to drive performance through coaching, onboarding, and reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; 2+ years sales/management experience preferred.
• Strong selling and coaching skills with excellent communication and leadership.
• Familiarity with CRM/sales tracking and basic computer systems (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the membership team to drive sales and exceed revenue goals.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop membership consultants and departmental staff.
• Manage daily club operations and act as Manager-on-Duty when needed.
• Oversee at least one department (scheduling, performance, hiring, discipline).
• Host tours, convert prospects, and ensure onboarding and paperwork are accurate.
• Track leads, run reports, and support club marketing and outreach.
• Maintain high standards for member service, safety, and club appearance.
• Work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Education
