Taymax Group, LP operates Planet Fitness clubs and is seeking an Assistant Manager in Boerne, TX to help oversee daily club operations and lead a friendly, efficient team. You will partner with the Club Manager to deliver a welcoming, high-energy environment and a financially successful operation.

The role requires managing front desk activities, scheduling, payroll support, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards while ensuring top-notch member experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in gym or retail.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Suite) and quick learner of systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing staff including front desk, trainers and custodians.
• Maintain welcoming atmosphere and ensure excellent customer service for members and guests.
• Support Club Manager with staff management and scheduling.
• Oversee front desk operations, greet members, answer calls and check members in.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the club and report maintenance needs.
• Assist in payroll processing and budget-based supply ordering.
• Track statistics and assist marketing efforts to promote promotions.
