Job summary

VASA Fitness is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading club operations, coaching a team to deliver a world-class member experience, and driving membership sales. The AGM helps manage financial performance, staff development, and a positive, UP-LIFT culture across all club departments.

This role requires a take-charge attitude and strong leadership. The position reports to the General Manager and involves managing a multi-department team, including MES

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build trust and influence others.
• Interest in health, wellness, fitness, and nutrition; CPR certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support club operations to drive financial results and member experience.
• Coach and develop the Member Experience team to deliver world-class service.
• Collaborate with General Manager to ensure recruitment, training, and a welcoming club environment.
