Job summary

KidStrong Creve Coeur is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the center operations and partner with the General Manager to foster a culture of learning and development for coaches and families. The role focuses on delivering key business results such as sales performance and lowering member attrition while ensuring an exceptional experience for kids and parents.

You will drive KPIs, schedule events, and oversee coaching staff development, using LearnUpon and other tools.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching children aged 15 months to 11 years and able to discuss progress with parents.
• Coach Certification completed through HQ Training and Certification team.
• Training via LearnUpon completed as required by HQ.
• Pediatric OT/PT experience is a plus but not required.
• Prior management experience preferred but not required.
• Comfort with Google and Microsoft platforms.

Responsibilities

• Understand the center’s KPIs and financials to make informed business decisions.
• Build relationships with families to align with values and provide exceptional service.
• Oversee center initiatives such as maintenance, training, and brand consistency.
• Daily/weekly/monthly cleaning and center upkeep as needed.
• Manage schedules and communicate shifts; sell events to drive profitability.
• Lead and develop staff through onboarding, coaching, and feedback.
• Deliver the KidStrong curriculum focused on Brain, Physical, and Character development.
