A children’s activity center is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in fostering an engaging environment. This role involves overseeing center operations, driving sales, and mentoring staff to provide exceptional experiences for kids and families. The ideal candidate is passionate about child development, possesses strong leadership skills, and is committed to maintaining high standards in service and safety. This hybrid role requires a physically active commitment to engaging with children during various activities.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children is essential.
• Prior experience as a pediatric OT/PT is a plus.
• Previous management experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain center’s key KPIs and make responsible business decisions.
• Foster relationships with KidStrong families for exceptional service.
• Oversee center initiatives to ensure operational success.

Skills

Athletic or coaching background

Experience working with kids ages 15 months - 11 years

Communication skills

Intermediate knowledge of physiology

CPR certified

Education

Achieve Coach Certification
