Qualifications

• Three or more years of people management in retail with POS operations.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations ensuring security, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
• Motivate and coach team; lead Leader on Duty shifts; support customer journey.
• Deliver omni-channel customer experience across in-store, drive-thru, curbside & delivery.
• Drive loyalty, retention, and traffic through exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Engage with community initiatives and represent GTI in local events.
