Green Thumb is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our RISe Dispensary to support a diverse team and deliver memorable consumer experiences. You will assist the General Manager in leading activities related to customer experience, inventory operations, and team development.

This role offers a path toward General Manager, with responsibilities that include operations oversight, coaching, scheduling, and ensuring compliance across the business.

Qualifications

• At least three years of managing teams in a retail setting with POS operations.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience preferred.
• Must pass background checks.
• Valid driver’s license or state ID required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and state regulations.
• Lead and motivate team to execute programs and promotions.
• Manage inventory, financial records, and Seed to Sale compliance.
