Panera Bread in Arnold, MO is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a beloved bakery-cafe and drive guest satisfaction and team development. You will partner with the General Manager to oversee operations, hire and train staff, and grow the business while maintaining Panera's standards of service and quality.

You will manage staffing, coaching, and development, while ensuring a welcoming culture and consistent performance.

Competenze

• Minimum age 18 years.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve).
• Proven ability to drive positive results through strong business acumen.
• Proven availability to run great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
