Panera LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager Lead to inspire a bakery-cafe team in Arnold, MO. You will partner with the General Manager to oversee operations, hire and train staff, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving business results.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve).
• Proven ability to drive positive results through strong business acumen.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
• Background check required prior to offer.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager by making key decisions and problem solving.
• Plan and manage staffing needs, shift scheduling, people development, and succession planning.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and motivating the team.
• Manage team performance to meet guest service standards and goals.
• Develop managers on processes and Panera values.
• Ensure guest delight through quality food and service.
