Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of restaurant management experience.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve).
• Proven ability to drive results with strong business acumen.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Ability to hire, train and develop team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the bakery-cafe team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Partner with the General Manager to oversee staffing, scheduling and development.
• Hire, onboard and train new team members while motivating and celebrating the team.
• Ensure operations meet quality standards, guest service expectations and company policies.
• Manage costs and inventory while upholding Panera's guiding values and behaviors.
