Team Car Care East, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our Arnold service center. You will partner with the GM to drive revenue growth, coach staff, and deliver an exceptional guest experience daily.

You will develop teammates through ongoing guidance, manage inventory and cash processes, and help with budgeting and forecasting to meet business goals. A dynamic, high‑performance retail environment awaits with rewards and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proven leadership and ability to motivate diverse teams
• Understanding of retail operations and guest experience

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth with GM through guest count and sales mix initiatives
• Coach and develop teammates via internal training and ongoing guidance
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to align on goals
• Oversee inventory and cash handling, daily operations, and safety compliance
• Support budgeting, sales forecasts, and cost controls with GM and DM
• Ensure clean, safe, and presentable service center per standards
• Assist GM with hiring, onboarding, and maintaining an engaged workforce
