Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Fenton, MO to drive guest experiences and sales. You will work with the GM to grow revenue, coach staff, and ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced, automotive-focused service center.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by increasing guest count and improving key metrics.
• Coach and mentor teammates through internal training and guidance.
• Handle inventory, cash procedures and guest issues with a focus on service.
• Assist the GM with budgeting, forecasts and expense controls.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to align on goals.
• Ensure a clean, safe and presentable service center per standards.
• Provide direction to technicians and CSAs; support opening/closing duties.
• Build and maintain an engaged workforce aligned with customer demand.
