Staybridge Suites Great Falls is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help run daily hotel operations and ensure guest satisfaction. In this role you will support the General Manager, lead a team, and uphold service standards across departments.

You’ll develop staff, handle guest inquiries, and foster a welcoming, guest-first culture. Hospitality leadership, proactive problem-solving, and a willingness to learn are valued; prior management experience helps but enthusiasm matters most.
