Horizon Hospitality Associates, Inc is seeking a Senior Restaurant Manager/ AGM to join its leadership team in South Florida (Miami or Fort Lauderdale). You will lead front- and back-of-house operations and train staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements include 3–5 years in high-volume restaurant management and a track record of $4M+ revenue. Base pay ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, with health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, dining and transportation discounts.

Position Overview

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a high-volume or scratch-kitchen environment.
• Experience managing revenues of $4M or more.

• Solid understanding of restaurant financials, labor scheduling, and inventory systems.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 base (commensurate with experience), and much more!
