Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Newport News to lead shifts, guide service staff, and partner with the General Manager to ensure peak performance. The role emphasizes guest experience, training, and maintaining high standards of service.

You will oversee shift managers and frontline team members while driving guest satisfaction, efficiency, and safety within a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant, bar or kitchen management experience preferred.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety procedures and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and train and develop your team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• Partner with the General Manager to ensure the restaurant is at the top of its game.

YOU GOT THIS

Salary: $53,100 - $70,800 per year

The salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location.
