• Must have 3+ years high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Demonstrate understanding of business operations and financials.
• Manage shifts including scheduling and planning.
• Coach, lead and develop restaurant team.
• Understand POS systems and OpenTable.

$75,000 to $85,000 / a year + 15% Bonus Oppurtunity
