Responsibilities

As an Assistant General Manager, you will manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants. In partnership with the General Manager, you’ll help ensure that your restaurant is at the top of its game. You will also focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement.

Qualifications

• Preferably 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, and safety and security systems and procedures.
• Computer operations proficiency.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.

Compensation

Salary: $55,700 - $83,550 per year (low to high end). Actual placement within this range will vary based on experience, education, training, and location.
