Job summary

BWW USA BWW Resources LLC in Sumter, SC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants. You will partner with the General Manager to ensure restaurant performance and focus on guest engagement.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in restaurant management and a strong understanding of labor laws and health codes. Benefits include a bonus program, paid time off, and medical insurance.

Qualifications

• Preferably 3+ years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and passion for training and developing your team.
