Job summary

BWW USA BWW Resources LLC in Dothan, Alabama is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to oversee various restaurant operations. You will manage Shift Managers, Servers, and Bartenders and ensure a high level of guest engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Preferably 3+ years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and passion for training and developing your team.
