Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, servers, bartenders, and service staff. In partnership with the General Manager, you’ll strive to keep our restaurant performing at the highest level and drive guest satisfaction and engagement.

This role emphasizes team leadership, operations oversight, and a strong focus on delivering legendary guest experiences across a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling.
• Ability to manage and develop a team and champion change.

Responsibilities

• As Assistant General Manager, supervise Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants.
• Partner with General Manager to keep the restaurant at the top of its game.
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement.

YOU GOT THIS

• Preferably, you have 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year

The salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location.
