Job summary

BWW USA BWW Resources LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. You will manage a team of Shift Managers, Servers, and Bartenders while partnering with the General Manager to ensure exceptional restaurant performance and guest engagement.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in restaurant management and possesses a strong understanding of labor laws and food safety standards. We offer a variety of benefits, including a Weekly Pay Bonus Program and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• Preferably 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation.
• Responsible alcohol service experience.

Assistant General Manager

As an Assistant General Manager, you will manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants. In partnership with the General Manager, you’ll help ensure that your restaurant is at the top of its game. You will also focus on guest‑related metrics and guest engagement.

• Focus on guest‑related metrics and enhance guest engagement.
• Champion change and drive continuous improvement.
• Engage with guests to enhance their experience.

Qualifications

• Preferably 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation.
• Responsible alcohol service experience.
• Proficiency with safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and passion for training and developing your team.
