BWW USA BWW Resources LLC in Five Points, Alabama seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead a team of Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants while collaborating with the General Manager to enhance guest engagement metrics.

The role requires at least 3 years of management experience in a restaurant or bar setting. Applicants should have a solid knowledge of labor laws and food handling standards, with a strong focus on team training and development.

Qualifications

• Preferably 3+ years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
