Buffalo Wild Wings in Kenosha, Wisconsin is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants. You will work with the General Manager to ensure the restaurant operates at peak performance and drives guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes managing people, improving guest metrics, and delivering legendary experiences. A strong background in restaurant leadership and a passion for training and development are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, and responsible alcohol service.

YOU GOT THIS

Preferably, y ou have 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.

You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.

You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change , and have a passion for training and developing your team.
