Job summary

The Henry, part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations in a high-volume setting. You will manage shifts, scheduling, and day-to-day planning while delivering outstanding guest experiences and driving financial performance.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of restaurant leadership, strong team development skills, and proficiency with POS systems and OpenTable. Immediate hiring in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of restaurant financials and operations.
• Experience managing shifts, scheduling, and daily planning.
• Coach, lead and develop restaurant teams for peak performance.
• Familiarity with POS systems and OpenTable or similar reservations software.

$85,000 - $95,000 / year plus 15% bonus opportunity
