Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers and front-of-house teams while partnering with the General Manager to drive restaurant performance and guest satisfaction.

You will monitor guest metrics, coach staff, ensure safe, compliant operations, and foster a strong team culture. Prior restaurant, bar, or kitchen management is preferred; Buffalo Wild Wings is an equal opportunity employer with extensive benefits listed.

Qualifications

• Preferably, you have 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.

Responsibilities
