Buffalo Wild Wings in Opelika, AL is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service assistants, in partnership with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at peak performance.

You will focus on guest-related metrics and engagement, drive training and development of your team, and support ongoing staff growth while ensuring compliance with health codes, safety procedures and efficient operation. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and train/develop your team.

Responsibilities

Salary: $55,000 - $62,000 per year

The salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location.
