Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants. In partnership with the General Manager, you’ll keep the restaurant at its best and drive guest-related metrics and engagement.

This role focuses on training and developing the team, ensuring safe food handling, labor compliance, and smooth daily operations. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and train and develop your team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• Partner with the General Manager to ensure the restaurant is at the top of its game.

The salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location.
