Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. in New York is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, supervise Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants, and partner with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at peak performance.

You will drive guest experience, uphold safety and quality standards, and coach your team through training and development. This role offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food safety, and safe alcohol service.
• Ability to lead and develop a team and drive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants in partnership with the GM.
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement to drive performance.
• Lead training, scheduling, and operations to maintain high standards.

YOU GOT THIS

• Preferably, you have 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.

Salary: $63,000 - $77,000 per year

The salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location.
