Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in the United States is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants in partnership with the General Manager. You’ll drive guest engagement, crew development, and store performance to deliver legendary experiences.

You’ll apply knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling while coaching your team and managing daily operations. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Preferably 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and develop your team.

Responsibilities

• Lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants in partnership with the General Manager.
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement to create legendary experiences.
• Ensure labor and safety standards are followed and guest satisfaction is prioritized.

Salary: $63,000 - $77,000 per year

The salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location.
