Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager, uphold brand standards, and inspire the team to deliver unforgettable customer experiences.

In this role, you’ll take charge of daily operations in the RGMs absence, make key decisions, and drive the team toward excellence. Franchisees set wage/benefits; a competitive pay range and growth opportunities are offered by the franchisee.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Must pass background check.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must have reliable private transportation.
• At least 1 year of Assistant Management experience; food service experience is a plus.
• Able to perform basic math.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Able to work a varied schedule including late nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Products are made to standard.
• Ensures all Guest Metrics are followed.
• Ensures compliance with Food Safety Standards including the physical plant.
• Assists in new product training rollouts.
• Assists in hiring, training, and development of new Team Members.
• Assists in achieving all financial goals of the restaurant.
• Tracks and analyzes sales, labor, inventory, and controls daily.
• Takes corrective action to ensure the Restaurant exceeds targets.
• Provides feedback to the management team on new hire performance.
• Ensures maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through preventative maintenance.
