Taco Bell Corp. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by upholding brand standards and inspiring the team to deliver memorable customer experiences.

You will lead by example, train, coach, and recognize top performers, driving daily operations in the ASM's absence and taking decisive actions to meet targets while promoting growth opportunities.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Must pass background check.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must have reliable private transportation.
• At least 1 year of Assistant Management experience. Food service experience is a plus.
• Able to perform basic math.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Able to work a varied schedule including late nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Products are made to standard. Ensures all Guest Metrics are followed.
• Ensures compliance of all Food Safety Standards including the physical plant.
• Assists in proper execution of all new product training rollouts.
• Assists in the hiring, training, and development of new Team Members.
• Assists in achieving all financial goals of the restaurant.
• Tracks and Analyzes sales, labor, inventory, and controls daily.
• Takes corrective action to ensure the Restaurant exceeds targets.
• Provides feedback to the management team on new hire performance.
• Ensures maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through use of preventative maintenance program.
• Understands the language on Coaching Report.

As an Assistant General Manager, you'll be at the heart of our restaurant's success, supporting the Restaurant General Manager by upholding brand standards and inspiring your team. You'll lead by example, training, coaching, and recognizing your team to deliver unforgettable customer experiences. When your team shines, so do you! **The pay range for the position is $14.00 per hour - $24.48 per hour**
