Job summary

Taco Bell in Winchester, VA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by upholding brand standards and inspiring the team.

You will lead by example, train, coach, and recognize teammates to deliver unforgettable customer experiences, and handle daily operations in the manager's absence.

This role requires at least 1 year of assistant management in food service, a HS diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and availability for varied hours.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills used for cash handling and scheduling.
• Basic computer literacy for POS and scheduling.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including late nights and weekends.
• Minimum 1 year of Assistant Management experience in a restaurant.
• Food service experience is a plus for a smoother transition.
