Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Must pass background check.

• Basic computer literacy.
• Able to work a varied schedule including late nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Products are made to standard.
• Ensures all Guest Metrics are followed.
• Ensures compliance with Food Safety Standards including the physical plant.
• Assists in proper execution of new product training rollouts.
• Assists in hiring, training, and development of new Team Members.
• Tracks and analyzes sales, labor, inventory, and controls daily.
• Takes corrective action to ensure targets are met.
• Provides feedback to management on new hire performance.
• Maintains equipment, facility, and grounds through preventative maintenance.
