Taco Bell franchisee's Assistant General Manager in Gainesville, VA leads daily restaurant operations in the General Manager's absence, coaching the team and ensuring brand standards and guest experience. You'll train and recognize your team, manage food safety and financial goals, and drive sales while upholding company policies.

The role requires at least 1 year of assistant management and a willingness to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• A minimum age of 18 years is required.
• Must pass background check.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must have reliable private transportation.
• At least 1 year of Assistant Management experience; food service experience is a plus.
• Able to perform basic math.
• Able to work a varied schedule including late nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Products are made to standard. Ensures all Guest Metrics are followed.
• Ensures compliance with all Food Safety Standards including the physical plant.
• Assists in proper execution of all new product training rollouts.
• Assists in the hiring, training, and development of new Team Members.
• Assists in achieving all financial goals of the restaurant.
• Tracks and analyzes sales, labor, inventory, and controls daily.
• Takes corrective action to ensure the Restaurant exceeds targets.
• Provides feedback to the management team on new hire performance.
• Ensures maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through preventative maintenance.

As an Assistant General Manager, you'll be at the heart of our restaurant's success, supporting the Restaurant General Manager by upholding brand standards and inspiring your team. You'll lead by example, training, coaching, and recognizing your team to deliver unforgettable customer experiences. When your team shines, so do you! In this dynamic role, you'll take charge of daily operations in the Restaurant General Manager's absence, making key decisions and driving the team toward excellence. The pay range for the position is $14.00 per hour - $24.48 per hour
