Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager and lead daily operations. You will train and coach the team to deliver memorable guest experiences while upholding brand standards.

In this role you’ll sometimes step in when the GM is away, make key decisions, and drive the restaurant toward its goals. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum age 18.
• Pass background check and valid driver’s license.
• At least 1 year of Assistant Management experience.
• Food service experience is a plus.
• Able to perform basic math and basic computer literacy.
• Able to work a varied schedule including late nights and weekends.
