About the Role: As Assistant General Manager, you will mentor our ambitious TEAM, ensuring outstanding guest service and delivering positive guest experiences. In this role, you will collaborate with our General Manager to plan and oversee the hotel’s daily operations and assume responsibilities in their absence.

Responsibilities: As a highly visible member of the property's Leadership Team, the Assistant General Manager serves as a key liaison for hotel guests, functions as a right hand to the General Manager, and leads the Front Office and other operational departments such as Housekeeping and Engineering. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have luxury hotel brand experience, and possess a positive, solution-based focus to maximize the hotel's efficiency and profitability.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hotel management experience in a brand or luxury setting with proven success in team leadership
• 3+ years of management experience in Front Office and Housekeeping
• Proven success in guest service results
• A hospitality management degree is a plus
• Strong financial knowledge
• Proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel-specific platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Drive for results demonstrated through prior leadership success
• Effective time management skills
• Experience as an Assistant General Manager
• Food and Beverage experience
• Marriott experience preferred
