Job summary

Drury Hotels in Arlington, TX is seeking an operations leader to guide the hotel as part of our leadership team. You will oversee all departments, champion guest service, and model excellence in daily practices that reflect our brand values and commitment to guests.

You will coach staff, drive key metrics for quality, service, profitability, and growth. You will mentor team members toward career advancement within the company, ensuring a positive work environment and consistent, memorable guest

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year supervisory experience.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert leadership across all departments of the hotel taking the lead on providing exceptional guest service
• Train, develop, and coach team members to achieve success in their roles
• Deliver on key business metrics of quality, service, profitability, and team
