Job summary

Cafe Zupas is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, mentor team members, and foster a positive guest experience. The role emphasizes a consistent two-day-off schedule and no Sunday shifts, with a pathway for career growth through regular raises up to GM.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of leadership experience in restaurant or retail environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Restaurant management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations (front or back of house).
• Develop team members by providing direction and feedback.
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
