Job summary

Café Zupas is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Murray, UT to lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and team development.

You’ll implement the brand standards, mentor staff, and ensure a positive, productive work environment with a predictable two-day-off schedule and a quarterly bonus plan.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of leadership experience in restaurant or retail
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Restaurant management a plus
• Available to work a five day set schedule
• Experience mentoring a team
• Detail-oriented and growth minded
• Enthusiastic and positive

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant (front or back of house)
• Develop team members by providing direction and feedback
